Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of eligible items by mail within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact.
To return or exchange an item return to store or ship. If you are interested in an exchange, please contact the store at 228-875-6655 to determine item availability.
Please note seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All lingerie, jewelry, hats, hair accessories and online gift cards are also final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any returns shipped to us later than the 10 day period will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt.
